A Framework for Growth and Success

If you work for any company that develops their employees, you will enjoy the benefits of numerous trainings. That might range from technical skills like accounting, statistics, marketing, and sales, to the soft skills of communication, team building, time management, and planning.
While all these skills and trainings will help you in some ways, the effects may not be as great as you or the company would like. Why? Because often, the foundation of “understanding yourself and human relations” is missing. In a separate blog, I’ll discuss in more detail the elements of this important foundation.
Once you have a solid understanding of yourself and others, and you have the basic skills in dealing with people and tasks, the next step is to apply it to all aspects of your life. You can practice your communication and other newly acquired skills at home, at work, with friends, and with new acquaintances. Only through such repetitive practices will these skills become 2nd nature to you and become part of your capability. Take a hard look at the “Framework for Growth and Success” and see if you have paid attention to all the elements. Note where you can improve yourself.
Follow this systematic improvement plan for yourself, and you will grow into a more valuable person at work, a more trustworthy and caring friend, and a loving member in your family.

如果你是在一個會做員工教育的企業上班，那你會享受到許多培訓的好處。這當中包括從會計、統計、行銷、業務等技術層面的技巧；也包括些溝通、團隊建立、時間管理、以及策略規劃等軟體面的訓練。

遵循這樣有系統地改善自己的計畫，你會在職場上成為一個更有價值的人、在社交场合成為一個更值得信賴和溫心的朋友、在家裡成為一個更可親可愛的人。
