Beauty and Moments in Motion

Ever wonder why the freeze-photos of dancers and athletes look so beautiful and captivating?
It is because they were in motion. Only through motion can they generate these moments of beauty. A person who only focuses on static posing can never attain such posture, dynamics, and elegance.
This is also true in one’s life and career. The more you go through life with dedication and caring for others, the more your inner beauty will shine through. That is why photographers love to do portraits of elderly statesmen or loving mothers. You may have also seen pictures of wrinkled hands in many photo exhibits because those wrinkles tell more interesting stories of hardship and life than smooth hands in a cosmetics commercial.
Many of us have experienced a “Eureka Moment” of coming up with a brilliant idea while taking a shower, mowing the lawn, or jogging outdoors. A solution to a problem or an innovative idea for a tough task seems to pop out from nowhere. That “flash of brilliance” occurs most often when your brain and body are in active motion.
The same can be said about an organization. A great organization is constantly evolving, re-inventing itself, and moving upward to a new plateau. Dynamic motion will create innovative products and attractive services for consumers. Nice spin-off successes are most likely to develop from the motion of such evolving organizations.

捕捉美麗律動的瞬間

是否曾想過，為何舞者與運動員他們被捕捉那獨一無二的瞬間畫面，是如此美麗迷人？
那是因為他們正在律動著。唯有透過律動，才能讓他們產生這樣美麗的瞬間。只專注靜態姿勢的人，永遠不會達得這種體態、韻律以及優雅。
在人生與職涯中也是如此。你越懂得在生活中給予他人奉獻與關懷、你的外在就會因為內心的美麗而越發明亮。這也是為什麼攝影師總是喜歡幫政商大老或慈祥的老母親作肖像特寫的原因。你也曾看過攝影展中有許多是以滿佈皺紋的手作為特寫，那是因為這些滿是皺紋的手，比起化妝品廣告中光滑白晰的手， 訴說著更動人更真實的人生故事與滄桑歲月。
大家都曾經有過”恍然大悟的時刻”，可能是在你洗澡的時候、割草坪的時候、又或者在慢跑的時候。突然冒出對於艱鉅任務的解決方法或一個創新的想法。這種”靈光乍現”，經常發生在當你的大腦與身體都在積極的作動時。
這對於一個企業也是同樣的道理。一個好的企業，會持續不斷地進化、再造、並向上轉型到新的階段。這種動態的運作更可能為消費者創造新產品、以及提出更有吸引力的服務。從這些不斷追求變化的企業來看，它們更有可能從這樣的”律動”中，成功地去產生良性的Spin-off 衍生物。
