Throughout all the changes in my educational fields, job changes, cultural assimilation, and dealing with diverse people, I must continuously learn and adapt to changes. This gave me some insights in many aspects of life. I have been sharing such learning in my speeches, mentoring, and consulting work. I sincerely hope I can become better and better every day, and I can also make someone’s life better somehow.
